国内方管市场价格部分小涨。唐山环保限产继续，且逐渐趋严，因此，厂商挺价意愿强，受期货走强提振，今日唐山方管价格普涨20元左右， 成交也随之放量，截止16点统计唐25家方管厂共出货65600吨，较昨上升160%。工7家9700吨，槽12家22800吨，角5家33100吨。成本走强支撑，华北地区，如北京、包头、邯郸、太原等城市价格小涨10-30元，外围市场多维稳观望，挺价销售。午后唐山、昌黎钢坯资源涨10，现普碳方坯 含税出厂3440元，尾盘期螺收高，随着天气转暖，需求也逐渐好转，当前利好因素主导，价格有支撑，因此预计短期国内方管市场价格将趋强整理。
