预计短期内银川方管市场以弱势震荡为主出货较差

方管价格方面：市场现货报价4000元/吨，较上周基本持平。另外，从周边市场情况来看，包头区域热轧报价3840元/吨，较昨日降10元/吨，较上周降20元/吨。方管市场出货差，整体资源仍偏低。
