16日早盘无锡方管市场价格暂稳观望。原料方面，今日早盘上游方坯主流价格部分涨10，现唐山钢坯主流出厂4010元；唐山瑞丰355mm系列带钢出厂报价4200，较昨日主流价格下调10 元。市场方面，今日期螺走势震荡酝酿行情，暂看反弹放空；现货市场操作压抑，上游主导管带厂价格政策继续持平，目前方管4寸(3.75mm)出厂报价 在4350-4490元之间；无锡市场方管价格暂稳观望。成交方面，原料方坯受环保影响就高不下，管厂商操作空间也比较受此限制，近日下游一直在观望阶 段，加上无锡地区连续中至暴雨天气影响交投及运输，市场成交弱；另部分中下游小型加工厂受限电限制，晚上生产，地产用管仍是以周边郊县少量工程为主，近 期新工程上量不大。库存方面，上周五在统计主流管厂厂内原料库存增9.36%左右，方管成品商品管库存周比增约2.30%，无锡地区不完全统计焊镀管资 源量周比减约2.6%，管材贸易商操作仍然谨慎低仓，以销货走量为主。预计成本支撑下无锡地区方管市场延续灵活调整。
