13日早盘，无锡方管市场价格暂持稳观望。市场方面，今日早盘期货走势继续下行探底，跌破4000点整数大关；现货原料钢坯成交价格下滑到4020元，河北地区方管出厂价格政策多继续下调 50，目前4寸(3.75mm)出厂报价在4430-4580元之间；午盘期螺反弹，唐窄带及型材等回涨10-20元，或暂缓近日跌势幅度。成交方面，受 前期资源成本限制，无锡地区方管对外报价普遍盘整，多采取暗降模式出货，9月上旬整体较前稍有增量，不过短时降幅过大，交投操作恐慌心态加重，工地用钢需 求回归低迷，周边中下游采购询价周期拉长，几十吨观望行情分批次寻货。库存方面，据上周五不完全统计上游管厂库存指数微增，无锡地区焊镀管资源周比增约 1.13%.可见近期市场传闻环保和限产不挂钩，加上9月美联储加息等宏观不定因素影响增加市场对后期的悲观预期。预计无锡地区方管价格将偏弱整理。
