镀锌方管跟焊接钢管主要区别 |
在设计图纸中一般采用公称直径来表示，公称直径是为了设计制造和维修的方便人为地规定的一种标准，也较公称通径，是方管（或者管件）的规格名称。方管的公称直径和其内径、外径都不相等，例如：公称直径为100MM的无缝方管邮102*5、108*5等好几种，108为方管的外径，5表示方管的壁厚，因此，该方管的内径为（108*5-5）＝98MM，但是它不完全等于方管外径减两倍壁厚之差，也可以说，公称直径是接近于内径，但是又不等于内径的一种方管直径的规格名称，在设计图纸中所以要用公称直径，目的是为了根据公称直径可以确定方管、管件、阀门、法兰、垫片等结构尺寸与连接尺寸，公称直径采用符号DN表示，如果在设计图纸中采用外径表示，也应该作出管道规格对照表，表明某种管道的公称直径，壁厚。

It can be said that the nominal diameter is close to the internal diameter, but not equal to the internal diameter of a pipe diameter specification name, in the design drawings to use nominal diameter, the purpose is to determine the nominal diameter of the pipe, fittings, valves, flanges, gaskets and other structural dimensions and connection size, nominal diameter using the symbol DN It is indicated that if the outer diameter is used in the design drawings, a comparison table of pipe specifications should also be made to indicate the nominal diameter and wall thickness of a pipe.
镀锌方管跟焊管主要区别：焊管分为螺旋缝焊和直焊方管，螺旋缝焊方管分为自 动埋弧焊管和高频焊管，直焊方管又分为普通直焊钢 管和不锈焊管。无缝方管按制造方法分为热轧管和冷轧( 拔)管，其精度分为普通和高级两种。冷轧(拔)管的最大公称直 径为200mm，热轧管最大公称直径为600mm。无缝方管还有不锈钢 无缝方管，不锈钢无缝方管分为热轧、热挤压不锈钢无缝方管和冷轧(拔)不锈钢无缝方管两种。

无保护层型有无保护层方管，过去通常叫不镀锌方管(黑铁 管)。质地型方管主要是指不锈钢无缝方管和不锈钢焊管 ，在室外大中管道给水上，由于造价、连接等原因未曾推广应 用过。
