高频焊翅片管VS整体型翅片管的优缺点对比


高频焊翅片管和整体型翅片管都是翅片管的一种,虽然作用差不多,但在外观以及性能特点等方面还是有所区别的,所以适用不同的场合,今天中国翅片管网就来具体介绍一下高频焊翅片管的缺点与整体型翅片管的优点,内容如下。

As follows.
1.高频焊翅片管的缺点
1. disadvantages of high frequency welded finned tubes
(1)由于工艺限制,翅片间距大,最小间距4mm,翅片高度最高55mm,一般空冷器铝翅片是2.3mm,翅片间距57mm,所以,翅化比低,最大只有13左右,正常轧片或者胀片是23 左右,也就是说相同的基管面积,翅片面积小只有铝翅片的55%左右,换热效果有限。

(2)翅片为钢片或不锈钢片,片较厚,最薄0.8mm,而铝片是0.3—0.45mm左右,翅片热效率差,如果是不锈钢翅片,由于不锈钢换热效率更差,所以传热效率低。

(3)高频焊翅片,虽然接触热阻小,但是翅片面积有限,翅片厚换热差,所以,翅片管的整体热效率不高,除了一些特殊工艺,一般情况使用较少。
(3) Although the contact thermal resistance of high frequency welded fins is small, the fin area is limited and the fin thickness and heat transfer are poor. Therefore, the overall thermal efficiency of finned tubes is not high. In addition to some special processes, they are generally used less.
(4)基于上述介绍,高频焊接翅片管用在空冷器上是不合适的,除非使用温度高于500℃的情况。但是基于其防腐比较好,比如不锈钢翅片—不锈钢基管,在甲醇合成蒸发冷的应用,是可以采用的,但是,其换热效率就大打折扣,只有铝片的45%左右,所以其节水效果差。

由于整体型翅片管翅片与基管为一体成型,晶体结构一致,性能稳定,况且翅片呈沙丘形状,与在受热时温度梯度形状吻合,在受热时翅片外表面温度一致,热应力均匀,不会产生集中,也就不会产生强度薄弱点,另外,翅片对烟气具有导流作用,导流的同时,使烟气的各项指标更加均匀,不会产生烟气偏流,也就不会造成烟气集中冲刷某一区域或某一部位,因此比较耐磨。

积灰的原因是卡门涡流造成的:烟气流过管子时,在管子的背面会形成负压区,在此区域,烟气流速为零甚至回流,烟气就在此积聚,灰份就附着在管子表面。灰份的热阻比较大,灰越积越厚,热阻越来越大,传热量越来越少,排烟温度升高了,锅炉的效率也就下降了。翅片管对烟气的导流克服了卡门涡流,同时也梳理了灰份的分布,使其在烟气中分布均匀。
The reason of ash accumulation is caused by Carmen eddy current: when the smoke flows through the pipe, a negative pressure zone will be formed on the back of the pipe. In this area, the smoke velocity is zero or even reflux, where the smoke accumulates and the ash is attached to the surface of the pipe. Greater thermal resistance of ash, thicker ash accumulation, greater thermal resistance, less heat transfer, higher exhaust temperature, and lower boiler efficiency. The finned tube's diversion to the flue gas overcomes the Karman eddy current, and combs the ash distribution to make it distribute evenly in the flue gas.
(4)传热性能稳定
(4) stable heat transfer performance
一体型结构作为受热面,在多年运行情况下,锅炉排烟温度起伏变化不大,没有省煤器管爆管现象发生。

(5)使用寿命长

同等运行状况下,翅片管保证寿命大于光管的2倍。一般情况下,光管寿命3—4年,则翅片管寿命至少7—8年。
